Everyone shown in any material reachable through Hentai Haven was at least eighteen years old when that material was made. We do not tolerate content involving anyone underage, and we do not tolerate anything produced without consent.
Why we are exempt
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, the record-keeping duty falls on the "producer" of a work. Hentai Haven is not a producer of anything shown here. We do not film, upload, store, or otherwise create the videos on this site. Each one is embedded from and delivered by a third-party service, and the content itself belongs to those outside parties.
Where a title is embedded from elsewhere, our role stops at pointing to material that lives on someone else's servers. That means we are not the party required to keep § 2257 records, and any such records sit with the people who actually produced the work.
Asking about records
Since we are not the producer, the records the law calls for are held by the respective producers, who carry the compliance duty. Direct any request for those records to the original producer or to the third-party service a given title streams from. If you keep records for content that shows up here and want to send us compliance details, or you have any worry about the age or consent of someone shown, get in touch and we will act on it.
Flagging a problem
If you ever suspect that something reachable through Hentai Haven shows a person under eighteen, or was made without consent, tell us right away using the contact below. We look into every report and will block the material while we do.
